DMCA & Copyright Policy

VidFetch respects the intellectual property rights of others. We do not host any videos on our servers. All videos are hosted by Facebook, and our tool only helps users access files Facebook already makes publicly available.

If you believe content is being accessed through our service in a way that infringes your copyright, please send a notice to info@toolsbase.org that includes:

1. Your physical or electronic signature.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed.
3. The URL(s) of the infringing material.
4. Your contact information (address, phone number and email).
5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.

Since the content is hosted by Facebook, we also recommend reporting it directly to Facebook through its copyright report form.
